About us

TOA Landscape Architecture is a Shanghai-based landscape design firm established by Japanese landscape architects in 2003 to meet the high demand in China. TOA offers a full spectrum of professional services in master planning and landscape architecture, including mixed-use developments, hospitality, institutional, urban, and residential projects, covering all stages from conceptual design to construction supervision.

 

Our design approach aims to create contemporary, simple, and unique landscape solutions that respond to complex site conditions, such as natural, historical, and cultural resources, local climate, topography, and social challenges.

With projects across China, Japan, and the broader Asia region, we have completed over 100 landscape projects to date.
